Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your InviteSync account and all associated data at any time. Choose either method below.

Option 1 — Delete in the app

  1. Open InviteSync and sign in.
  2. Go to Account → Settings → Delete Account.
  3. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

Option 2 — Request by email

Email support@vellmontservices.com from the email address registered to your account (or include your registered email/phone number), with the subject "Delete my account". We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

  • Your profile (name, email, phone number)
  • All invitations and events you created, including uploaded card images
  • Reminders, notification preferences, and push-notification tokens
  • Voice recordings are never stored, so there is nothing to delete

What is retained, and for how long

We retain a minimal record of completed payments/transactions (not card numbers, which we never store) for as long as required by tax and accounting law — typically up to 7 years — after which it is deleted. We may also retain limited data where required to comply with legal obligations or to prevent fraud.

Deleting only some data

You don't have to delete your whole account to remove data — you can delete individual invitations/cards at any time from within the app, and they are removed along with their images.
