These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of InviteSync (the "Service"), operated by Vellmont Services OPC PVT Ltd ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are 13 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to access most features of the Service. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
• Notify us immediately at support@vellmontservices.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the Service without our prior written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the Service.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our prior written consent.

4. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — we do not provide partial-period refunds except where required by law or at our sole discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Vellmont Services OPC PVT Ltd and its licensors. You retain ownership of content you upload (invitation images, event data), but grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

AI-extracted event details from uploaded invitation images may occasionally be inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of extracted information.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vellmont Services OPC PVT Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vellmont Services OPC PVT Ltd and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
